JOB DESCRIPTION

Assistant:

• Composing and providing documents for sponsors, donors: project proposal, project, activity reports, etc.
• Assisting works related to international branches of Maison Chance,
• Assisting the director: receptionist, mailing, translation, business trip, etc.

Communication:

• Writing articles for Newsletters, Website, Facebook, and Twitter of Maison Chance,
• Working with journalist, television,
• Managing communication documents.

Foreign Volunteers Manager:

• Receiving volunteers: exchanging and interviewing volunteers via email, skype. Setting up mission and working plan for volunteers, composing an agreement and carrying out a visa procedure.
• Welcoming volunteers: prepare volunteer’s room, help them in translating and look over their works, meeting and reporting once a week.
