International Chief Technical Advisor

With financial support from the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), this initiative supports the Province of Ha Tinh in implementing key priorities within the 5-year Provincial Agriculture and Rural Development Plan, building small-scale infrastructure and strengthening public administration in support of agricultural development. The project has officially been operational since June 2011 and is presently implementing its first-year workplan.
In order to support the province in the implementation of follow-up activities of the project, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD), Province of Ha Tinh, Vietnam is recruiting an international Chief Technical Advisor (CTA). This is a full time position for a period of up 12 months, with the successful candidate to be fielded as soon as possible. The position will be based in the Management Unit (PMU) of the Ha Tinh Agricultural Development Project within Ha Tinh City of Ha Tinh Province, Vietnam. The remuneration package for this position is competitive and subject to negotiation. The CTA will report to the PMU Director. Kindly see the attachment for details
