International Consultant for Project Inception Phase

UNDP Viet Nam is seeking 01 International Consultant for Project Inception phase.

The objective of this assignment is to review project context, project baseline and assumptions compare to the baseline and assumptions, which is used at the project design, in order to recommend revision of project key activities (if necessary) and implement strategy toward achieving project overall objective.
