International Expert on Research Quality Control

UNDP Viet Nam is seeking 1 International Expert on Research Quality Control.

The main objective of this assignment is to provide international expertise in and advice on research quality control for the PAPI initiative, in particular,

• To analyse data collected through different quality check processes by matching different datasets to point out synergy and/or differences to inform UNDP
• To support with sampling of PAPI population using the PAPI sampling framework
• To support with analysis of national trends and time series data and elaboration of high quality graphs from PAPI data

The consultant will work for estimated 30 working days from December 2014 to July 2015.
