International Technical Expert

UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified International Technical Expert - An analysis of steel production in Vietnam with focus on energy efficiency and reduction of Greenhouse Gases (GHG) emissions.

The objective is to identify and quantify the current GHG baseline and future GHG emission scenarios, mitigation potential and the GHG marginal abatement costs within the steel sector in Viet Nam. The review is limited to steel production based on Electric Arc Furnace (EAF).

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
