Interpreter for PDEP Training

Main Responsibilities:

From 7th to 11th September 2019, Save the Children (SC) will organize a training on Positive Discipline in Everyday Parenting (PDEP) for Country Trainers in Ho Chi Minh City. The training aims at equipping the trainers skills and knowledge on PDEP program so that they are able to further deliver the program to more facilitators and parents. The selected consultant will provide interpretation (English - Vietnamese and Vietnamese – English), including presentation, plenary discussion and question & answer in the training.

Key Competencies:

  • University degree in a relevant discipline, e.g. foreign languages, professional translation, etc.;
  • Proven experience in interpretation in international workshop/ trainings;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills;
  • Good understanding of NGO projects, especially child-focused projects; and
  • Good understanding of work efficiency, delivery and improvement;
