Invitation to Bidders - Final Evaluation of the Training Facility Project

The Belgium Development Agency is looking for a suitable firm to carry our final evaluation for the project “Vietnam – Belgium Training facility project”. They would need a group of one international and one national consultant who have back ground in human resources management or institutional/organizational development. Consultants with extensive experience in carrying out training needs assessments, capacity building for public institutions  and evaluation of development projects in Vietnam will be highly appreciated.

The deadline for tender submission is 04/7/201.
