Instruction for quotation submission:

The official quotation is signed, stamped, and required documents according to Item D – Document requirement. Please send the official quotation with the subject as “FY24-1651 BCA – Quotation_[Supplier’s name]-Supply smartphones and accessories to USAID-BC Project” to email: [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected].

The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB.

Evaluation and selection methodology:

Bidders who submit their documents following the submission deadline requirement, with complete details of the required documents, will be considered for evaluation. WWF will evaluate technical proposals based on the required standards. Bidders whose proposals are assessed as meeting the requirements will be considered for a price.

The bidder who offered the best price will be selected as the supplier for this package.
