NOTICE OF INVITATION TO TENDER N° VIE/032 19 1824

TITLE: Delivery, installation, integration and commissioning of IT Hardware for Information Disclosure System and Market Surveillance System (Goods)

in the framework of Project VIE/032 receiving financial support from the governments
of Vietnam and of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

This notice of invitation is launched by and according to the procedures of the Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (Lux-Development), on behalf of Project VIE/032 receiving financial support from the governments of Vietnam and of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

1. Identification and financing of the Project/Programme

• Source of financing: The Government of Vietnam and the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, as set out in the Project’s Bilateral Agreement dated 12 August 2016
• Status of financing: Approved

2. Identification of the Contract

• Object: Delivery, installation, integration and commissioning of IT Hardware for Information Disclosure System and Market Surveillance System (02 GPU servers, 02 sanswitches and accessories)

3. Eligibility and evaluation criteria

• Origin: no restriction
• Eligibility: companies satisfying the criteria included in the Statement of Good Standing and in the Ethics Clauses of the General Regulations
• Evaluation: the lowest administratively compliant and substantially technically compliant tender will be granted the contract
• Variants: variants will be considered

4. Location and timeframe

• Location of the Project: Hanoi, Vietnam
• Terms and place of delivery: DDP Hanoi (SSC appointed data center, will be notified to awarded tenderer)
• Performance period of the Contract: 90 days from date of notice of awarding the contracts
• Validity period of tenders: 90 days from the time limit for receipt of tenders

This Contract does not include any complementary or additional acquisition of goods. In the event where complementary or additional acquisition of goods would be required (initially not included), its value will be limited to a maximum of 50% of the initial value of the Contract.
