BID SUBMISSION GUIDELINES – 2 STEPS
STEP 1 – ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION
- Send your bidding documents via email to: [email protected]
- The email subject line must be:
“HSDT – [Name of Bidder] – Construction Package – Tra Thanh Kindergarten, Quang Ngai” - The total email size must not exceed 25MB
STEP 2 – HARD COPY SUBMISSION
- The hard copy must be fully printed, properly signed, and sealed by the regulations.
- Enclose the documents in a sealed envelope, clearly labeled on the outside with the following:
- Name of the bidding package
- Name of the bidder
- Contact information
- The phrase: “DO NOT OPEN BEFORE BID OPENING TIME“
