IT Company / Expert for Development of Digitalized Diagnostic System on Compliances for Handicraft Companies in VIetnam

Vietnam Handicraft Exporters Association (Vietcraft) is a local NGO working to support for the sustainable development of handicraft in Vietnam. Under the support of the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and The Asia Foundation (TAF), Vietcraft is looking for an IT company/ expert to develop a diagnostic system on compliances  Please find more details in the attached Terms of Reference.
