IT Firm/Group to Develop Website and Smartphone App for BEST Project

The Center for Creativity and Sustainability Study and Consultancy (CCS) is a not-for-profit organization specialized in providing R&D, consultancy, capacity building services on the applications of creative and sustainable solutions and development models to promote Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP), especially biomass gasification technology applications, in Vietnam.

CCS is looking for a well-qualified and experienced IT firm/group to develop a website and smartphone app for our BEST project. Please refer to the following TOR for more detailed information.
