Vacancy: Junior Project Assistant

Based in Hai Phong

We are looking for a Vietnamese national for the position of Junior Project Assistant to work for our Financial Education Project. The successful candidate will be based in Haiphong.

Main Responsibilities

The Junior Project Assistant’s role is to provide support in administrative and logistics work, technical design of the project, training and supervision of school-based activities for Financial Education  Project in High schools in Haiphong City.

Key Competencies:

• University degree in a relevant discipline, e.g., social sciences, finance and banking
• Good English speaking and writing skills.
• Previous experience in project administration and/or school-based training and supervision.
• Proven capacity to build and maintain effective partnerships with schools and youth.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal, communicational and organizational skills
• Good computing skills (word processing, spread sheets, email).
