Reports to: Country Director, Managing Director and International Headquarters
Location: Hanoi, Viet Nam
Good Neighbors is an international humanitarian and development NGO in General Consultative Status with the UN ECOSOC. As of 2011, GN International is operating in 27 countries including Viet Nam, where large scale operations carry out catered on community development initiatives in rural areas such as child education, water and sanitation, income generation and agricultural training.  The organization is currently implementing on community development projects (CDPs) with the support of the International Headquarters and it is seeking to hire an SSD Manager assigned with following responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Update regularly GNV sponsorship data with adequate information on child and family;
- Create and manage up-to-date individual files for each child registered;
- Organize regular monitoring of children according to sponsorship status; newly sponsored, drop-out etc.;
- Record GNV activities/events through photography or film and maintain archive for documentation;
- Ensure working closely with IHQ on all sponsorship related activities;
- Respond to requests of sponsor and/or IHQ as soon as possible in order to provide the their needs immediately;
- Ensure gift money is delivered in a timely manner; 
- Ensure to send all sponsorship reports including the Annual Progress Report (APR), Annual Child Letter (ACL) and SSD monthly report to the IHQ;
- Responsible for completing the annual Plan of Actions (POA) of SSD section and reporting to Operation Division (OD) Manager;
- Oversee the preparation and submission of Ensure close cooperation and coordination with operating partners for smooth implementation of projects;
- Provide support to other projects and services when necessary to insure adequate office coverage;
- Recruit and train SSD program officers, field officers and develop training resources
- Frequent travel to field offices required;
- Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIIONS:
- The minimum qualifications for this position are a university degree in a social science, international development, management or relevant field with at least three years of relevant professional experiences and
- Strong oral and written communication in English;
- Proficiency in computer applications is required; Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred;
- Strong critical thinking and decision making skills and proven ability to work well under pressure are essential.
- Strong plan making skill and work division for follow-up schedule
