They are currently seeking a talented and motivated Vietnamese individualworking full time with our dynamic team in Hanoi for below position:
Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Report to: Marketing Manager
Job purposes: The Marketing Coordinator works closely with Marketing Manager and plays a key role in developing innovative media campaigns promoting safe behaviors, products and services. The incumbent will utilize research and evidence to prioritize behavior change communication messages, assisting in the execution of campaign strategies including the creative development and oversight of mass media (TV), mid media (outdoor) and targeted media (brochures, flipcharts, activities, posters), and innovative use of new media and interpersonal communication approaches to achieve program objectives.
Major duties:
- Take lead role in development of marketing and communication strategy, taking on lead role in positioning of products, services, and healthy/safer behaviors.
- Through the use of marketing plan, take lead role in communication development process, from development of media/communication briefs for all communication activities, media agency selection and management of creative development and placement.
- Work closely with Marketing Manager to adapt, design, and develop IEC materials and BCC activities for target groups.
- Work closely with Researchers, from the ‘marketing perspective’ to ensure that research strategy, plans, and projects will directly provide the necessary evidence to inform communication and marketing implementation.
- Regular field visits to better understand programs/target groups and represent PSI at central and provincial with government partners.
- Represent PSI/Vietnam as needed in various forums to better foster collaboration and identify partnership opportunities with local and international agencies.
- Perform other duties as identified by the CR/DCR that will maximize health impact delivered under program activities.

Selection criteria:
- University/Master’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years experience in commercial sector marketing field
- Outgoing personality, enthusiasm, out of the box thinking, a desire to make a positive impact and a team player
- Ability to work independently as well as a team
- Good at written and oral communication skills in both English& Vietnamese
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Experience working for an advertising agency - an added advantage
