The Research and Training Centre for Community Development (RTCCD) is a local research institution since 1996, based in Hanoi - Vietnam. The Centre works with Vietnamese government ministries, overseas research institutions and international funding bodies to undertake research, training and policy development on topical issues of healthcare and community development.
The Centre is urgently looking for a full-time Media and Communications Officer to join the team. Responsibilities would include management of the website to ensure that news and reports are current, visual design and formatting of grant applications, tenders and reports to ensure effective communication and other relevant activities as needed (develop video clips for distance-learning approach). The successful candidate will have:

- Formal training in media, communications, design or similar;
- Experience working with website content-management (website design is not required);
- Demonstrated skills to design a range of different document types including brochures, posters and grant applications, video clip;
- Some proficiency in English would be an advantage.
