Multiple Specialists

Chemonics International Inc. seeks qualified senior and mid-level professionals for the anticipated USAID funded Linkages for Small and Medium-sized enterprises (LinkSME) in Vietnam. The project will bring systematic changes in the relationships between Vietnamese Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) companies engaged in Global Value Chains (GVCs). LinkSME will work in various sectors to strengthen the SME-GVC business linkage framework and enhance the capacity of Vietnamese SME’s to supply GVC firms in 5 sectors.

Chemonics is seeking multiple specialists in the following areas:

• Business and project management
• Private sector development
• SME skills and capacity development
• Collaborating, learning, and adapting
• Supply chain management, sourcing, and buying
• Financial services
• Monitoring and evaluation
• Gender integration

English is required for all positions. At least five years of previous experience in the technical area (seven years for senior positions) is required. Advanced degree in related field is preferred. Previous experience working with USAID and/or other donors is desirable but not required.
