National Consultant in Business Development

The Belgian Development Agency in Hanoi is recruiting a national consultant in business development to join the FORMULATION MISSION for formulation of the Project “SUPPORT TO THE INNOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF BUSINESS INCUBATORS POLICY PROJECT”. The objective is to formulate an intervention and an adopted approach that takes into account all aspects related with the implementation, such as timing, budget, institutional set-up, M&E etc.
