National Consultant to Conduct Project Final Evaluation

The Improved Lives of Ethnic Minorities in Cao Bang through better access to water and market for their handicraft products Project (LIVE), funded by HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Vietnam and implemented by Cao Bang Community Development Center (DECEN) started from July 2011 to December 2014. Its overall goal is to improve Livelihoods of the ethnic minorities living in remote and upland areas in Cao Bang.

The project is seeking to recruit a national consultant to conduct the final evaluation of the LIVE project.  (The detailed TOR is attached).
