National Consultant for Short-term Trainings in Belgium & Follow up Activities
The Facility for Capacity Building project is a part of the Vietnam - Belgium 2011-2015 Indicative Cooperation Program that aims to improve the quality of human resources of Vietnam through strengthening the innovative and the management skills and capacities of Vietnamese individuals and targeted institutions. The project is jointly implemented by the Belgian Development Agency (BTC) and the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training (MoET).
In order to manage and execute efficiently and effectively the project activities, achieving the required outputs, outcome and impact of the project, BTC is looking for international and national consultants to to assist the PMU.
1. National consultant to develop the implementation strategy for short-term training and other embedded capacity building initiatives in Belgium.

- A letter of interest that highlights the candidate's qualifications for the post;
- Technical and financial proposal presenting the consultant's understanding of the assignment, proposed approach and methodologies, timelines for realizing the requested assignment;
- A C.V. with full information on qualifications, capabilities and experience of the candidate;
