National Consultant [Team Member] to Conduct Assessment on Barriers for Accessing to Loans from the Bank for Social Policy by Women Living with and Affected by HIV

UN Women is seeking for a National Consultant [as the team member] to conduct assessment on barriers for accessing to loans from the Bank for Social Policy by women living with and affected by HIV in seven northern provinces of Viet Nam, to conduct an assessment on  arriers for accessing to loans from the Bank for Social Policy and to other social services by women living with and affected by HIV in seven northern provinces.
