The Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA) Component Project - the Global Fund supported project on HIV/AIDS in Vietnam, is recruiting a national consultant group to support VUSTA Component Project Management Unit to facilitate the research in IDU prevention and control .
