National Consultant/Team to Conduct Coaching on Application of Teaching Vietnamese as a Second Language

Organization: Plan International is an international humanitarian, child centered, development organization, without religious, political or governmental affiliation. Child sponsorship is the basic foundation of the organization. Plan International’s vision is of a world in which all children realize their full potential in societies that respect people’s rights and dignity. A 3 year project titled “Quality Pre-Primary and Primary Education for Ethnic Minority Students in North and Central Regions of Vietnam” with fund from Japan has been implemented by Plan International Vietnam in Lai Chau and Kon Tum since October 2016 and is planned to be implemented until the end of October 2019.

The project is designed to support for the children from the ethnic minority groups in the two province to receive quality preschool and primary school education under the adequate education environment.

We are looking for experienced, qualified and motivated a Vietnamese National consultant or a consultant team to conduct coaching on application of teaching Vietnamese as a second language in close collaboration with Plan International Vietnam staff. We can accept a separate proposal for coaching for preschools and primary schools. Please find attached TOR for more details.
