National Experts/Specialists for Position of One (01) National Expert to Support the Information Centre of MOHA to Upgrade the Public Administration Reform Website

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) is assigned by the Government of Vietnam to implement a project for “Strengthening the capacity of Vietnamese Government’s agencies in accelerating and improving PAR efficiency and effectiveness”. The project is funded by UNDP and other donors through One UN Fund. The main objective of the project is to support the implementation of the PAR Master Program and the Action Plan of the Government to carry out the 5th Resolution of the Party Central Committee (the Xth term) on “Accelerating PAR, improving public effectiveness and efficiency”. The project consists of 4 main components as follows: 1) Public Administration Reform process management and policy development strengthened; 2) Alternatives public service delivery reforms assessed and piloted; 3) Local government reform; 4) PAR communication/information improved and PAR partnership strengthened.
With regard to the revised Annual Work Plan in 2011 approved by UNDP and MOHA, the project aims at supporting MOHA (Information Centre) to upgrade the Public Administration Reform Website. To facilitate the implementation of this activity, one (01) national consultant will be recruited.

Work duration: 40 days from September to December 2011.
Work locations: in Hanoi and other locations, as required by project.
