National Gender Trainer

Organizations:  Association BATIK International is a non-profit organization established in France in 1998 and operating in Vietnam since 2002 with the aim of supporting vulnerable groups, especially women and youth, in accessing employment opportunities, education and improving living conditions. BATIK International has implemented many international cooperation programs to strengthen the capacity of disadvantaged communities, especially in the digital and economic development fields.

Gret is a French NGO founded in 1976, whose activities range from the field to policy-making in the fight against poverty and inequality. GRET has been present in more than 30 countries, in a variety of fields / topics to provide sustainable and innovative solutions to the united development process. GRET has been operating in Vietnam since 1988.

Project:?The 3-year project “Industrial Workers Go Digital” was kicked off in June 2024 in Quang Nam province, aiming to strengthen young women's digital skills in the rural area of Quang Nam province before and after joining the labour?force in the IZs (Industrial Zones) to improve their prospects for a better education and access to decent work.  The project is technically supported by Vietnet-ICT and financially supported by the EU and AFD.

We are looking for a national trainer (gender expert) to provide gender training for teachers from high school and vocational school in Quang Nam province. Please find the attached TOR for more details.
