National Marketing Specialist

Asian Development Bank is currently seeking to recruit a National Marketing Specialist to support Hanoi Metro Project for a 6 month period.

Scope of Work
In coordination with designated ADB and government staff, the marketing consultant is expected to draw on international best practice, develop an evidence-based marketing strategy and relevant marketing toolkit including branding, logo, system images and route maps – to help encourage public Metro use. The consultant is also requested to help developing capacity for ADB’s government counterpart - the Ha Noi One Member Metro Company Ltd. (HMC) - on marketing via planning and implementation of useful and applicable marketing approaches.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Advanced Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience, or a bachelor degree combined with relevant experience. At least 10 years’ relevant experience working in marketing planning and implementation. Demonstrated skills in identifying markets and designing appropriate promotional and other communications techniques to reach them. Experience in marketing materials design and liaising with government counterparts is desirable. Fluent English and Vietnamese writing and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work in a collaborative, multi-stakeholder team environment.
