Title: Construction of new Communal Health Centers in three districts Ha Quang, Nguyen Binh and Trung Khanh - Cao Bang Province (Works).This notice of invitation is launched by the Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (Lux-Development), on behalf of Project VIE/027 Supporting Health Care Policy for the Poor in Cao Bang and Bac Kan receiving financial support from the governments of the Governments of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Identification of the contract

Type of contract: Works
Object: Construction of new Communal Health Centers in three districts (Ha Quang, Nguyen Binh and Trung Khanh) of Cao Bang Province.
Number of lots: 03 lots
Lot I: Construction of two CHCs in Phu Ngoc, Van Dinh communes in Ha Quang District - Cao Bang Province;
Lot II: Construction of two CHCs in Minh Tam, Hung Dao communes in Nguyen Binh District - Cao Bang Province;
Lot III: Construction of two CHCs in Dam Thuy, Dinh Minh communes in Trung Khanh District - Cao Bang Province

Grouping of lots:  Tenderers can submit offers for one or more than one lot and can be awarded one or more than one lot. If a tenderer participates in more than a lot, and is evaluated to be the lowest compliant for more than one lot but with the same team and equipment, he can be awarded only one lot and the choice of the lot to be awarded will be made in the interest of the Project.
