Operations Department Officer

I. SUMMARY:

GNI (Good Neighbors International) is a non-government organization of which the head quarter is located in Korea, Japan and America. Up to 2012, GNI has operated in 32 field countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America. GNT in Vietnam was established in 2005 and has implemented various projects on training, hunger alleviation and poverty reduction in provinces and cities such as Hanoi, Hoa Binh, Tuyen Quang and Thanh Hoa. Currently GNI in Vietnam is in need of recruiting the following position:

1. Position: Operation departement Officer
2. Work place: Head office, Hanoi city

iI. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Research of new project site (PAP, PPF)
- Make the Plan of Action
- Research/Analyze new programs
- Support the implementation of designated fund
- Work closely with local project officers for activities
- Give technical support to local project office
- Deliver trainings to local staff
- Take part in capacity building for CDC
- Collect the report from local office
- Monitor and evaluate project activities
- Support other Divisions’ work related to OD’s activities
- Make report and document

III. OTHER RESPONSIBILITY

- Support other project activities (FD), child management (SSD) if being assigned
- Coordinate with other Divisions to fulfill tasks
- Take part in training courses, internal and external workshops when required Job description_GNI, Vietnam

IV. SKILLS NEEDED

- English capacity (C level)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
