Oxfam Voice and Empowerment Program - Call for Proposals

Oxfam is calling for proposals from civil society organizations include Viet Nam non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and community-based organization (CBOs) who are interest in Voice and Empowerment activities. Please send "Concept notes" regarding to the following overall objectives:

-          Building capacity for ethnic minorities and poor people to identify their main limitations when accessing public services.
-          Building capacity for public service agencies to identify strength and weaknesses thus propose the solution to improve efficiency in providing public service and spending.
-          Promoting participation and voice of people, socio-political organization and civil society organization in the planning process, monitoring the quality of public service and spending, enhancing the transparency and accountability of public service agencies.
-          Building plot model as basis for policy advocacy at provincial and national level.
