Part-time Data Entry Operator

Location: Vietnam (preferred Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City)

VisionSpring, an international social enterprise, seeks a part-time Data Entry Operator to support its project execution team across Vietnam in managing data. The operator plays an important role in understanding of the client requirements, preparation and representation of the data. S/he is responsible for collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of customer’s information. S/he reports to the CVW Program Manager based in Hanoi.

What You’ll Do

• Collect, organize, and verify customer exam sheets daily from program sites.
• Enter customer data from source documents in an efficient and careful manner into excel spreadsheets and Salesforce.
• Run reports to review and clean data.
• Conduct quality checks on data files provided by implementing partners.
• Work with CVW Vietnam’s Program Manager & Salesforce management team based in India and New York to resolve problems.
• Work in a regular and timely manner to meet deadlines for client reporting.

What’s Required

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 01 year experience with the similar position.
• Great attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel. Good data entry speed.
• Hands on experience in Salesforce is a plus; otherwise, you will be trained.
• Good time management skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

• Competitive compensation rate based on the work completed per day.
