People and Culture Officer

World Vision Vietnam (WVV) invites competent Vietnamese candidates for the position: People and Culture Officer (1 position), based in Hanoi. Contract duration: 4 months with possible extension.

Main Responsibilities:
To support the People and Culture Director in undertaking People and Culture functions, such as recruitment, employment, and People and Culture information management.

Knowledge, Skills and Attitude Required:
- A Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Recourses Management or relevant disciplines. 
- Two years experience in human recourses management.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized work style including sound process management skills.
- Demonstrated judgment and discernment skills, maturity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of staff and organizational records.
- Good written and spoken communications skills in English and Vietnamese.

World Vision Vietnam is a Christian non-government organization. Having prior working experience in a similar kind of organization will be an advantage.
