PHARMA GROUP PROJECT COORDINATOR

Organization Description:

Pharma Group represents the voice of the international research-based pharmaceutical industry in Vietnam. Pharma Group currently has 26 members who all share the vision of ensuring fast and sustainable access to high quality, safe and innovative medicines for Vietnamese patients in collaboration with the Government of Vietnam.

MAIN DUTIES

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator will be in charge of leading, coordinating the key projects within Pharma Group, under the supervision of the two Project leaders

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Type of Contract:  12 months fixed term contract upon successful completion of a 2 month probation period

Main Duties:

• Plan, coordinate and supervise the implementation of different projects with the support of two Project leaders
  Manage databases to enable and support the provision of the above mentioned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education and Training Background:

• BA in Business Administration, Project Management

Work Experience:

• 2-3 year of relevant work experience

Management Experience:

• A track record of successfully supporting and coordinating cross-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams.

• Detailed and good time management skills
• Excellent report writing and data analysis skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams and also independently
• Proactive, responsive, committed, accountable, client- and target-oriented
• High standards of integrity, professionalism and personal discipline
• Flexible and proactive/can-do attitude
• Good computer skills with Microsoft Office Tools, including Outlook, Word,
• Excel and PowerPoint are required. Computer skills with management software, database software and website software are preferred

Language:

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Fluent in Vietnamese is a plus
