Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (PMEL) Specialist

We are looking for a qualified candidate for the following position:
Planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning (PMEL) specialist
- Location: Home Country of Selected Candidate (Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam or Myanmar)
- Contract: Fixed term secondment or contract until 30 June 2018 with possibility of extension
- Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
- Post Level: National C2
