Abt Associates is a mission-driven, global leader in research, evaluation and implementing programs in the fields of health, social and environmental policy, and international development. We work with our clients to implement bold, innovative solutions to improve the lives of the community and deliver valued outcomes for our clients. Investing in Women (IW), through its work in four distinct, but reinforcing program components, seeks to address barriers to women’s economic empowerment in Southeast Asia in the workplace, in business, in policy and regulations, and in the social and societal norms that underpin inequality.  The program is a flagship Australian Government 3.4-year initiative (2016-19) with a potential four-year second phase. IW is being implemented in four countries in Southeast Asia: the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and Myanmar.
