They are currently seeking one full time procurement consultant working in Hanoi office
Job Title: PROCUREMENT CONSULTANT
Report to: Procurement Manager
Job purposes:
The Consultant is responsible for procurement of goods and services. The position is initiated with 6 months contract with high possibility of extending.

Major duties:
- Be responsible for effectively and timely procurement of goods and services strictly in compliance with
- PSI/Vietnam’s Procurement Guidelines and in compliance with donor’s requirements
- Be responsible for preparation/reviewing of services/products contracts/amendments before submitting to
- Procurement Manager, Finance Dept, DO and CR for review and approval;
- Work closely with Procurement Manager and relevant departments to finalize mock-up and Marquette for the items produced.
- Ensure proper liquidation and timely payments for all the PO/contracts related to the procurement.
- Assist other inventory functions as per requested

Selection criteria
- BA/BS degree (business, public health, supply chain management, or other related field)
- Significant demonstrated experience (at least 2 years) in public (donor-funded) procurements, and/or logistics.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to effectively interact with suppliers
- Knowledge of donor requirements and procurement guidelines is an added plus.
- Good command of email system, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Initiative and creativity in solving problems; ability to work well under pressure
