Center for Rural Economy Development (CRED) is a Vietnamese Non- Profit Organization (NGO), an in-country off shoot of the HELVETAS in Vietnam, has considerable local and regional experience. CRED is looking or a professional to develop a website to promote and market the Community-based Tourism products. Please find the attached ToR for more details.
