Program Manager

Pact is an international non-profit, non-religious, non- political and non-governmental organization that is based in Washington D.C, United States. Pact is currently working in 57 countries, implementing more than 100 programs.

Through trainings, technical assistance, mentoring and direct financial support, Pact strengthens local organizational and institutional capacity to further development goals in health, livelihoods, natural resource management, and other sectors.

Pact is recruiting a Program Manager for its Livelihoods program in Vietnam.  

This position is offered a one-year–contract with possibility of extension based on the staff’s performance and funding availability. Successful applicant is expected to commence work in early December 2016. See specific scope of work for the position in the attached file.
