Program Manager; English Teacher

Our rapid growth and expansion provide an outstanding career opportunities for experienced candidates for the positions of a Program Manager and an English Teacher to work alongside international professionals providing instruction and tutoring for STREETS Trainees .

1. PROGRAM MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

    * Oversee Trainee well-being and social support including daily living and housing 
    * Complete administrative and organization projects as assigned
    * Actively participate in STREETS program and restaurant management team 
    * Coordinate with NGOs and social service agencies

Qualifications:

    * College Degree (preference given for International study experience)
    * Education and supervisory work experience in hospitality, business, NGO, or related social enterprise initiatives
    * Demonstrated professional organizational skills
    * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
    * Excellent written, spoken and English translation

2. ENGLISH TEACHER

Job Responsibilities:

    * Provide Introductory and Intermediate Basic English language instruction
    * Focus on ‘Hospitality’ English with an emphasis on guest service and kitchen conversation
    * Develop lesson plans using the STREETS curriculum
    * Conduct uniform testing and provide feedback on Trainee progress
    * Work closely with the STREETS program team to ensure the overall success of the Trainees

Qualifications:

    * B.A. in English (preference given for International study experience)
    * Excellent written and spoken English
    * Experience teaching English to youth or adults
    * Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Requirements:

    * Live in or relocate to Hoi An at start of employment, one time relocation bonus provide
    * Flexible work schedule, including some overtime and holidays as needed
    * Vietnamese Citizen preferred
    * Non-smokers only
