PSI currently seeks an experienced Program Officer to work full-time with our dynamic , result-oriented team in Ha noi:

Job Title: PROGRAM OFFICER

Report to: Director, Product Social Marketing

Job summary: Program Officer is responsible for facilitating and supporting professional planning, implementation and reporting related to health services franchising and product social marketing activities in multiple provinces. The Program Officer will support both Health Services & Sales teams to i) communicate with multiple level partners ii) develop activity plans, MOUs, etc.; iii) provide administrative support related to HR, procurement and sub-award monitoring tasks iv) contribute to HQ-field communication to retain talented and committed field-based team members, and to increase compliance with PSI policies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support senior team members in liaison with key partners at central and provincial levels including drafting/translating letters and key shared documents.
  • Work with procurement team to ensure products and services are procured in full compliance with PSI procurement policies and funders’ terms. Act as focal point in
  • dispatching items and communicating with partners and PSI’s-field based regarding PRF, dispatch orders and follow-up.
  • Participate in identification and selection of potential Good Health, Great Life franchisees who are conveniently accessible to target populations and interested in project
  • goals.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to help Program & Sales teams plan and conduct trainings for GHGL franchisees, pharmacies. Draft necessary
  • materials/documentation (PRF, SOW, agendas, presentations), communicate with provincial partners, franchisees and PSI’s field-based staff to ensure logistical
  • preparations are well-planned.
  • Work with third party distributors to ensure employment contracts for PSI Sales staff are in compliance with applicable laws and with signed contracts between PSI & third
  • party. Work closely with M&E, Finance team to process salary/incentive payment to sales reps timely.
  • Contribute to reports for funders, partners & other tasks relevant to job responsibilities

 

Selection criteria

  • University degree in public health, social or relevant credentials. A master degree will be an added advantage.
  • At least 3 years working experience in health projects/organizations .
  • Excellent Engish skills (writing& verbal communication)
  • Excellent competency in MS suites (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
