Program Officer

Hagar Vietnam works with women who have experienced or are at high risk of exploitation and abuse. We seek a dedicated Program Officer- ICP to support our transformational work. Purpose
To support the implementation of Hagar Vietnam’s Social programs. This position will work directly in providing services in case management, counseling, training and outreach activities.

Main duties
- Direct Case management with clients
- Support Client Outreach activities in Hagar
- Support client training activities (Personal Development retreat and Life Skills training)
- Support Individual Care Program team in developing and implementing case management system
- General support for program/office activities

Personal Profile Required

Experience : 
- Experience working with NGOs and vulnerable groups
- Experience working with people from backgrounds of trauma and violence desirable
- Proven experience in working with people from diverse backgrounds

Education & Training
- Background/Education in Social Work, Psychology or related field

Skills
- Advanced fluency in written/spoken English
- Microsoft Word/Excel/Access
- Great communication and organization skill
- Good time and stress management skill
- Proven ability to be a team player
