Program Officers

Pact is an international non-profit, non-religious, non- political and non-governmental organization that is based in Washington D.C, United States. Pact is currently working in 57 countries, implementing more than 100 programs. Pact’s main field offices are situated in 27 countries from which oversee all the programs around the world.

Pact Vietnam Country Office is now seeking talented individuals to fill in the 3 following positions for our “Mekong Vitality Expanded” (WORTH) project. The project gathers women into empowerment groups to save, loan funds, network and develop small businesses. By integrating financial literacy training, community banking, and micro – enterprise development, WORTH enables women to become social entrepreneurs and effective leaders who bring about change in their communities.

1.Program Officer, Mobile Technology & Business Development based in Hanoi.

2.Program Officer, Mobile Technology & Business Development based in Vinh Long city, Vinh Long province.

3.Program Officer, Mobile Technology & Business Development based in Tam Binh district, Vinh Long province
