iSEE is a non-profit organization working for the rights of all people, including minority groups. iSEE aims to promote the values of freedom, equality, and tolerance in Vietnamese society.

Working predominantly in Hanoi and in a friendly and diverse environment, the Programme Manager will be responsible for programme management of different teams of iSEE, strategy building and fundraising, policy advocacy and information management, contribute to research works and other results dissemination of the organization.

• Propose and develop appropriate strategies for iSEE in term of programming
• Participate in the fundraising activity relating to the programs: prepare project proposals, present the proposal to the sponsors, look for sponsorship information and opportunities.
• Manage the overall annual plan of the organization in term of implementation progress
• Overall management of programmes under the responsibility, from formulating, implementing to M&E, and reporting process
• Policy advocacy relating to iSEE’s main fields, contribute to formulating advocacy strategies, advocacy message, and identify effective channels.
• Participate in the design process and contribute to iSEE’s research work
• Contribute to the plan building of the team and other activities of the organization
• Maintain and develop relations with iSEE’s strategic partners to ensure close, long term and effective cooperation

Key requirements: (More details in the Job Description)

• A Bachelor Degree or higher, preferably in the fields of social science, development, law, public policy, and anthropology;
• At least 5-year experience in one or more field relating to EM, LGBT, Gender, policy advocacy, or related social issues;
• Commitment to iSEE’s values, principles, and practices such as gender equality, rights based approach, and respect towards diversity.
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and complete work within deadlines.
• Experience in project management (planning, team assignment, monitoring, financial management, writing reports), managing partnerships and human resources;
• Good communication and leadership.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in Vietnamese and English
