Programme Procurement Officer (PPO)

MAG is an international humanitarian non-governmental organization clearing remnants of conflicts in current and former conflict zones.  Present in Vietnam since 1999, MAG has been working to maximize community safety and help those most-at risk reduce their chance of being in a UXO accident.

We are seeking a fully qualified Programme Procurement Officer (PPO) to join Logistics team of MAG Vietnam, which strategic input and overview of procurement and logistics function of the MAG Vietnam programme.

Major functions:  Responsible for management of procurement within the MAG Vietnam project, including completing the full supply chain cycle from vendors to operational and support teams.

Key requirements for the position include:

• Must be able to work and communicate in English;
• 01 year of experience in managing diverse procurement and logistics operations;
• University/ college certificates in Procurement, Logistics, Business Management or any related aspects;
• MS Office software skills and experience of database management software use;
• Good attention to detail;
• Honest and have integrity;
• Accountability – takes responsibility for actions;
• Client Orientation – works effectively well with suppliers and stakeholders;
• Good planning and personal organisation skills;
• Ability to work in a dynamic and busy environment;
• Having a valid driver's license (B2 or more); but not required.
