Centre for Agriculture Policy (CAP) of the Institute of Policy and Strategy for Agriculture and Rural development (IPSARD) is a public research agency that specializes in science and technology, operates in accordance with the mechanisms of autonomy, self - responsibility and has its own legal status with independent stamp and account. CAP functions as a policy consultant in agricultural and rural development policy for the Party, National Assembly, Government, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, state agencies, international organization and private enterprise.
