Project Administration Officer

WWF Vietnam Country Programme is one country component of the WWF Greater Mekong and is the implementing arm for projects in Vietnam mainly in Central Annamites, Southern Annamites and the Mekong Delta. Our major activities focus on Freshwater, Forestry, Marine and Aquaculture, Agriculture and Agroforestry, Policy and Advocacy.

They are currently seeking for an well-qualified and experienced candidate to fill a full-time position of PROJECT ADMINISTRATION OFFICER. The position will be based in Quang Nam province, Vienam with frequent travel to TT Hue and Quang Tri provinces.

Main responsibilities:
The Project Administration Officer is a full-time position to the project contracted by WWF to assist in the coordination of project finance and logistics of field office as well as field-based activities in the province. The position will work closely with the project coordinator and will be responsible for translation and interpretation of documents and at meetings and in the field as requested in collaboration with the other relevant project staff and staff from WWF Vietnam Program in Hanoi Office.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in English, social sciences, business administration, business management, finance, accounting or in relevant fields
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in administration, 1 year of which should be in international organisation
- Experience in supervising a range of staff undertaking administrative duties
- Experience in developing administration systems, policies and procedures is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of environmental and conservation issues in Vietnam is an advantage
- Good knowledge of administration process of visa, work permit, office licence, etc
- Good knowledge of all office systems
- Experience of working in multi-cultural environment is an advantage
- Fluency in written and spoken English and local languageAbility to work on own initiative with minimum supervision and to stay on task
- Networking skills, and proven capability to work well with government counterparts and private sector.
- Very good skills in use of MS Word, Excel, Power Point

Gross Annual Salary Range: US$ 5,200 – 7,800
