The National Tuberculosis Control Programme – National Lung Hospital (NHL) is the leading hospital on Tuberculosis (TB) and respiratory diseases control and prevention. We are now preparing to implement Phase 2 of a project namely “The Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria Round 9 for TB control in Vietnam” for the 2013 – 2015 period.

Main Responsibilities

- Take part in building project procurement supply management plan (PSM); take part in bid preparation process; monitor and instruct localities on equipment maintainance;
- Make reports under the requirements of CPMU, relevant Ministries/ Agencies (Ministry of Health; Ministry of Planning & Investment…);
- Be responsible for monitoring & supporting project co-implementing agencies;
- Monitor the submission of periodical activity reports from localities, SRs, consultant units,… and evaluate report data;
- Develop project’s international cooperation activities; attend technical meetings with international organizations; arrange schedule with international partners;
- Take part in developing organizational Guidelines & launching guideline on the development of project reporting, monitoring  and evaluating system;
- Take part in M&E trips at lower levels;
- Perform other duties under assignments of Project Coordinator;

Education
- University degree on public health.
- At least 2- year working experience on public health
- Knowledge & skills
• Good computer skills on Word, Excel and e-mail applications
• Good written and reading English skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel extensively and cover difficult assignments
