Vacancy: Project Assistant - Southern Area Office
Based in Ho Chi Minh city

We are looking for a Vietnamese national for the position of Project Assistant to work for our Southern Area Office. The successful candidate will be based in Ho Chi Minh city.

Main Responsibilities: In collaboration with and under the supervision of Project Manager and Project Officer to ensure the Child Protection program run smoothly, efficiently and effectively by provide supports to conduct the assessments, the quantitative survey planning and collect  data and to monitor all of project activities implemented in project communes.

Key Competencies:

Essential

  • University degree in a relevant discipline
  • 2 year experience working in community development projects
  • Good communication skill and positive attitude to team work
  • Ability to travel to project sites
  • Good English speaking and writing skills
  • Good computer skills in word, excel and email
  • Strong commitment with works

Desirable

  • Experience in working with children, particularly the vulnerable children such as orphanese, children with HIV, disable children
  • Good presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience in the educational area
