Project Close out Consultant

CRS is looking for an IVWD project close out consultant with the attached of scope of work.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL SKILLS:

1.    University degree in Education or related field
2.    2-5 years of  professional experience in project  implementation preferably with Vietnamese or international NGOs
3.    Excellent financial management, planning and administrative skills
4.    Experience working with central level partners such as MOET, MOLISA, universities is preferred
5.    High computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, E-mail and Internet required)
6.    Excellent spoken and written English skills
7.    Good communication, problem solving, interpersonal skills including emotional control and skill to cope with pressure or stress;
8.    Confident, proactive and flexible in work duties
9.    Ability to work independently as well as in a team
10.  Ability to deal respectfully to all levels of colleagues, partners and society
