Project Consultant

The Consultative Institute for Socio-Economic Development of Rural and Mountainous Areas (CISDOMA) is looking for consultant(s) for the European Commission-sponsored project "Promoting inclusive and relevant early childhood care and education for ethnic minority and disadvantaged children in Tam Duong, Lai Chau."

Deadline for application: 5 p.m, January 25, 2016.

Application package includes:

• Letter of Interest;
• Competency Profile (in case of consultancy firm) and/or Curriculum Vitae(s) of the individual consultant/consultant group;
• Project proposal, including proposed format/outline for each report mentioned in the ToR and indication of consulting fee rates; and
• Description of similar consulting work.
