The Vietnam Environmental Administration, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) will start implementation of a Global Environment Facility (GEF) project through World Bank entitled “Wildlife Consumption in Vietnam:  Reforming Policies and Practices to Strengthen Biodiversity Conservation” over a period of 3 years, 2012-2015. The objective of the project is to to strengthen biodiversity conservation through significant reduction of illegal wildlife consumption in Vietnam. The Project consists of three major components:

(1) Strengthening policies and legal frameworks

(2) Monitoring and enforcement of consumption controls;

(3) Building awareness to change behaviors.

We are looking for highly qualified persons for the following positions:
1. Project Coordinator (Full time – 36 months)
2. Accountant cum Procurement Officer (Full time - 36 months)
3. Project Secretary cum translator (Full time -36 months)
4. Communication officer (30 months – full time)
5. Technical International Consultant (Part time – short term based on annual workplan)
